1. Platform Nature
D-Card provides software for creating, sharing, and viewing digital business cards and related professional profile features. We provide a digital identity and networking platform. We are not your attorney, accountant, or business credentialing authority.
2. User-Supplied Information Public
and private business information — including names, titles, phone numbers, emails, addresses, working hours, products, gallery media, social links, and association memberships — is supplied by users and businesses. D-Card does not automatically verify all business credentials, licenses, memberships, or claims shown on cards or profiles. Recipients should apply ordinary judgment before relying on information for commercial decisions.
3. External Links and Services
Cards may link to websites, maps, messaging apps, social networks, or other third-party services. Those destinations are operated by their respective owners. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, or privacy practices.
4. Maps, Addresses, and Hours
Map pins, geocoded results, and business-hours displays depend on information submitted by users and/or third-party map/place data when used. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Always confirm critical meeting details directly with the business.
5. Availability
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free rendering of every template on every device, or permanent preservation of every share link if a user changes visibility or an account is deleted.
6. No Professional Advice Nothing
on the Service constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Policies in the legal center are product drafts until counsel approves and Admin publishes them.
7. Limitation Relationship This
Disclaimer works together with the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations in the Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the Terms control for contractual users to the extent permitted by law.
