Data Safety & Privacy Summary

It is not a substitute for the full Privacy Policy and is not a Google Play Data Safety declaration unless it exactly matches a submitted Play Console disclosure. Operated by D-Card. 1. Information You Provide

You provide account details (such as email), profile and business information, card content, products/gallery media, support messages, feedback, and optional referral information.

2. Information Used to Operate D-Card

We use information to run accounts, authenticate you, render and share digital cards, save scanned contacts, send transactional email when configured (for example via Brevo), deliver push notifications when enabled, provide support, secure the Service, and improve product performance. We do not currently run payment/billing checkout in the MVP.

3. Public Information

If you share a public card link or QR code, selected fields — which may include name, business details, contact channels, products, gallery items, and associations — can be viewed by anyone with the link, including people without the app.

4. Location

Business addresses are typically entered by you. Device location is not continuously tracked for advertising. Maps/Places may process search queries when you use address search features.

5. Security

& Diagnostics We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS and hashed passwords. Crash/error diagnostics may run when monitoring is configured. We do not claim SOC 2 or ISO certification on this summary.

6. Control Your Data

• Edit profile and card fields in the app
• Manage notification and analytics preferences where available

• Contact privacy@d-card.io for access/correction requests

7. Delete Your Account

Request deletion in the mobile app: Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. Requests are PENDING until Admin approval, then the account is soft-deleted and sessions/tokens are revoked.
