It is a draft for legal review and does not assert a jurisdiction-specific statutory notice process (for example a formal DMCA agent designation) unless counsel confirms applicability and details are added.

1. Platform Intellectual Property D-Card

and its licensors own D-Card software, APIs, documentation, brand assets, visual design systems, and card templates (including template schemas, layouts, and related preview assets), except for User Content. You receive a limited license to use the Service and templates inside D-Card as described in the Terms of Service. You do not acquire ownership of templates by selecting or customizing them.

2. User Content Ownership

You retain rights in content you own and upload — such as your logo, photos, product images, and original text — subject to the license you grant us to operate the Service. If you upload content, you represent that you have all rights needed to use and share that content on public or private surfaces you configure.

3. Your Responsibilities

Do not upload or publish:

Logos or trademarks you are not authorized to use
Photos or videos of people without required rights/permissions
Copyrighted artwork copied from the internet without a license
Template packs or design files scraped from D-Card for competing products

4. Infringement Notices

If you believe content on D-Card infringes your intellectual property rights, send a notice to legal@d-card.io including:

Your contact details
Identification of the work claimed to be infringed
The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material (public card link preferred)
A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized
A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act
Your signature (physical or electronic)

We may remove or disable access to material in appropriate circumstances and may terminate repeat infringers where required by law and policy. This section does not by itself create a DMCA-compliant designation unless legal review adds the required statutory elements.

5. Brand Use

You may not use D-Card names, logos, or brand elements in a way that implies partnership or endorsement without written permission, except for truthful factual references (for example "Find me on D-Card").
